JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prep/Fry Cook
– Kitchen Prep will assist in preparing delicious dishes in the kitchen. You’ll perform routine
kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations to prepare food according to recipes.
– Fry Cook will specialize in cooking fried foods such as chips, chicken, fish, and other foods that require deep frying. The main responsibility of a fry cook is to prepare and cook various fried dishes while ensuring they are cooked to perfection and meet health and safety standards. They are also responsible for monitoring cooking temperatures, preparing ingredients, maintaining inventory, and keeping the kitchen area clean and organized.
