JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lifeguard
The responsibility of Lifeguard is to interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, provide exceptional guest service to enhance the guest experience in the water park, and general assistance to guests, including answering questions about the resort, pools, rides, and attractions, monitor the well-being of guests and responding to emergencies both in and out of water, enforce established rules, comply with regulations, and maintain professional lifeguarding practices, take quick and decisive action and provide emergency care, and play an important role in keeping the resort clean and comfortable. Room Attendant
The responsibility of Room Attendant is to clean guest suites in an allotted period determined by management using the proper procedures and chemicals provided by management.
