The purpose of this position is to meet or exceed guest expectations by providing prompt, courteous, and professional service to customers and colleagues, establishing a friendly relationship with all guests/children while anticipating their needs, listening to guest complaints, and responding with empathy, maintaining exceptional levels of cleanliness in all departments’ areas, keeping all areas of our department well-stocked with appropriate items for our guests’ convenience, having a basic knowledge of pool maintenance and cleaning, operational knowledge of fitness center equipment, mature judgment must be demonstrated while working with children, must show basic knowledge about other services available within our hotel and be able to communicate those services clearly and effectively.
