F&B Service Ambassador – Ensure a great eating experience for our guests in a variety of
venues, including restaurants, carts/kiosks, specialty snack carts, coffee shops, dessert stations, etc.

Guest Arrival Ambassador: Provide the highest level of guest service and satisfaction. Your positive attitude and can-do spirit will make all the difference as you help create positive, lasting memories for our guests.

Lifeguard – Be that extra set of eyes and ears that enable guests to relax and have fun. In addition to monitoring swimming areas and helping guests in distress, you’ll greet and interact with guests, answer questions and resolve guest issues.

Park Area Ambassador – Responsible for restrooms, pathways and stadiums, you’ll ensure an exemplary level of guest service, including engaging with guests and maintaining a clean and safe environment through the park.

Prep Cook – Preparation of our high-quality food. As you’re helping to get
our delicious food ready, you’ll follow all safety and HACCP guidelines, use proper protective gear, and ensure that food is prepared to the proper temperature.

Rides – provide exceptional guest service while delivering the thrills and excitement we’re known around the world for. You will ensure excellent guest service by responding to and exceeding their requirements, expectations and needs.

Sales Ambassador – Deliver exceptional guest service while providing guests with product information and upselling when appropriate. Your “bottom line” will be to ensure guests have a shopping experience that meets and exceeds their expectations.
