Housing:

- Each room will sleep two participants and will have two double beds, a desk, a chair, a microwave, small refrigerator, and a full bathroom.
- There is a community kitchen and lounge on-site, free laundry facility, and utilities will be included in participant's monthly rent.
The perfect candidate:
- 3+ years of full-time experience as a journey trades worker
- 1+ year of direct supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and experience working with electrical, plumbing, general building maintenance and repair skills for a facility and equipment
- Excellent customer relations, communication skills, and organizational skills
- Proficient ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and prioritizing workload throughout the day.
- Adaptable to high volume workload during peak seasons.
